CRM specialist

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Our client is a global leader in 3 dimensional printing solutions for rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing. A MNC organisation, they now have offices worldwide and work with international customers including those in retail, toys, consumer goods, electronics, medical etc. Due to expansion, they are seeking to hire a CRM specialist for their team who work report to their Director of sales.

You will be responsible for tracking sales leads and manipulating data through the use of salesforce.com, as well as analysing conversion rates and putting together reports. To quality for this role you must possess good analytical skills and be good with numbers! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track sales leads, manipulate data and conversion leads using relevant CRM software
  • Provide routine business analysis and strategic advice to Managing Director and other senior management for planning and forecasting such as: Sales Forecast & target deployment, Revenue & Booking Analysis, Sales Funnel Analysis (Opportunity, Competition, Industry, Conversion rate, Win/Loss, Sales cycle etc.), Lead Generation & conversion
  • Prepare management report and presentation (Quarterly & Half-year and yearly review)
  • KPI dashboard for internal departments (sales, marketing, service and application)
  • Provide training to internal and external users on effectively using the internal system as an analytical tool
  • System Maintenance as follows:

          • Manage and monitor salesforce.com CRM/PRM system to ensure data validation and data integrity

          • Work closely with HQ team on system enhancement by providing field feedback

          • Assist HQ team on understanding reported issues with adequate information and research to facilitate bug fixes

          • Update internal and external users on new system features, updates and operation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree holder in Business/Finance discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or Business Analyst role in multi-national Company
  • Experience in handling ERP system is a must and sales force/CRM system is an advantage
  • Excellent understanding in the management and analysis of large volumes of data and ability to create high quality tables, charts and reports in order to highlight trends
  • Innovation and improvement - show creativity and innovation in developing new ways of working
  • Fluent in both speaking and writing English & Mandarin
  • Well versed in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint applications
  • Experience with “MS Access” and develop “Macros” is an advantage
  • Occasional Travel is required
