Digital Studio Manager
A niche creative digital agency in South West London that builds innovative web and mobile applications for renowned brands are looking for a dynamic Digital Studio Manager to join their talented team. As a Digital Studio Manager you will be responsible for coordinating a multi-discipline team of multimedia creative, designers, developers, IA/UX and audience specialists.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with Directors. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and help implement and manage their operational plans.
Liaise with client services team
Gather time reports from the project managers and report to directors.
Plan the use of human resources. Organise recruitment and placement of required staff.
Establish organisational structures and help delegate tasks and accountabilities.
Supervise staff and establish work schedules.
Improve processes and policies in support of organisational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organisational policies and procedures to maximise output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Help directors monitor and evaluate performance
Help keep track of employees data in relations to
Skills and experience required:
Self motivated, disciplined, resilient with excellent communications skills
Able work within a creative environment
Motivated, friendly and confident team player who keeps a positive attitude under pressure
Must have digital agency experience in managing teams
Experience working within a digital agency
