Fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected retail communications agency as their Creative Director.  Ensuring that all clients receive innovative creative campaign led work of the very highest standard, you will lead and inspire your team to ensure that creative work is "best in class" and delivers across all touch points and agency offer.  

We are looking for someone who approaches briefs and campaigns from a brand perspective, developing vision for the client's brand outside of the work in progress, as well as continually building knowledge of competitor brands.  Thus delivering added value in terms of retail and creative counsel.  

The agency's current portfolio is diverse, and stretches the breadth of the global retail landscape giving you the opportunity to work with luxury brands through to young and dynamic fashion brands.  Recent work has included TV commercials, global shoots, digital and social media activations, complex retail installations and large scale event production.  

You will work closely with the MD's to act as creative brand guardian of the agency's largest clients, as well as inspiring your team of creatives to do the same across their portfolio of brands. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the Client Services team.
