THE COMPANY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join this well known, iconic, highly successful retailer to manage the day to day running of the marketing team, as well as driving and managing UK projects.

THE ROLE

As a strong support to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will be someone who can demonstrate excellent creative skills combined with proven marketing experience to manage and run the team smoothly and be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of the company marketing strategy. Responsibilities will include:

*Developing and implementing a strategic, integrated brand marketing programme
*Managing integrated marketing campaigns with key internal stakeholders - PR, online, Creative, Retail Operations
*Managing and developing the marketing team
*Driving interest and passion for the brand ensuring a competitive edge to all marketing and events activities
*Managing and delivering the marketing strategy, with the Head of Marketing
*Constantly on the look out for innovating and exciting new opportunities to add value to the customer experience

YOU

Our brilliant client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who has creative flair, is commercially minded and has a strong affinity with retail. You will be able to hit the ground running in an extremely fast paced and innovative environment. Other essential requirements for this amazing role are:

*Strong generalist marketing experience at senior level with either a retail, media or agency industry background
*Ability to combine an innovative approach with commerciality
*Strong analytical skills
*A self starter, strong team player and people manager
*The proven ability to negotiate and drive performance, liaising at a senior level with confidence and impact
*Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity
