Our client a leading global media agency are currently looking for an operations manager to join their team on a maternity cover contract basis (9-12months)
The contract will be to work on one of the agencies largest technology accounts that has historically specialised in database and software applications
The scope of the role will be to supervise operational tasks and support the account team accordingly, reporting into an account director
You will work as digital operation manager – and you will manage campaigns across the EMEA region for a large technology account. You will have a track record working with Ad servers, analyzing campaigns performance and optimisation.
The role will also encompass general reporting and template building, you must have strong Excel skills- and ideally macro and VBA knowledge as well
You will work on planning and campaign metrics from a compliance perspective.
This role will also include a considerable amount of client management and interaction as well as providing insight and advice on strategic direction of future spends arising from the data and its analysis
Responsibilities:
-Assist the account team during the different phases of planning by delivering campaign insight based on own analysis
-work closely with HQ and the client to roll out processes as well as establishing internal operational processes
-create and deliver internal and client reporting as well as reviewing and optimising existing report templates
You will have Minimum 2-3 years experience working in an online media planning, advertising or publishing company Have insight and analysis of social media campaigns
