Integrated Project Manager
As the sole Project Manager you will work closely with the Operations Director to ensure all work is briefed correctly, resource appropriately and then produced to a high standard across multi media channels. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects throughout the whole lifecycle and ensuring there delivered within time and spec. Your digital knowledge will be essential in terms of teaching others in the small agency and will allow you to increase your responsibilities around the role itself.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Work-flow and deadline management
Holding and managing status meetings on daily/weekly basis to traffic work through
Liaising with all touch points across business to ensure delivery of briefs (Production, client services, studio etc)
Arrange all relevant meetings through creative process (Start up, WIP and Pre-Prod)
Liaising with external suppliers - photographers, printers, film & video
Working in the Healthcare industry, you will work on various projects of varying sizes and will manage the medical regulations in place. The media covered off will be print, press, POS, packaging and digital (especially around flash, websites and emerging technologies - ipad)
Key experience of the Project Manager:
Proven agency experience around traffic/creative services/brief from start to delivery
Can be client facing
Above media experience especially around print and digital
Clear communicator at all times and can manage difficult people/situations
Healthcare experience would be a great advantage
Quietly confident, you will be excellent in dealing with all types of people - both internal staff and external suppliers and most importantly you will be reliable and self sufficient.
