New Products and Strategy Marketing Manager
Our client is a top, well loved high street FMCG brand and they are looking for a talented, high performing New Product and Strategy Marketing Manager who is used to working in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.
As New Products and Strategy Marketing Manager you will lead the development of the UKI product pipeline to deliver required new products to drive future sales growth. Responsibilities will include:
*Providing thought leadership behind defining the core growth opportunities across key usage occasions and targets.
*Identifying and communicating insights to drive key marketing processes eg. pipeline development, calendar planning and advertising.
*Driving a deeper knowledge of the consumer across the marketing team and organisation.
This is a very strategic role and the New Products and Strategy Marketing Manager must have a solid background in New Product Development as well as FMCG and/or retail. Other requirements are:
*Excellent track record of building strategy and innovation
*Demonstrable NPD Experience
*A commanding knowledge of a wide range of research techniques (including brand image tracking, concept screening, product testing, segmentation / usage and attitude studies, advertising testing protocol)
*Retail and/or Food Experience
