The position combines account management, analysis and problem solving and is key hire within the team. As the Senior Client Service Executive, you will be representing the agency at Industry Meetings and informing industry experts of updates and new implementations in the reporting, so you must be a confident presenter with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain and interpret technical information.
You'll need to be an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a solid understanding of data and reporting – ideally with some media experience - and good client facing experience.
