THE COMPANY

This highly innovative award winning integrated agency, based in Hertfordshire is growing and going places. They are passionate about developing their people and have an Investors in People Gold award to prove it. Now they require a Group Account Director to own and develop their top level client relationships; someone who has exceptional strategic planning, someone who is as passionate as they are about clients.

THE ROLE

As Group Account Director, you will work across a variety of clients, all of which have a long standing relationship with the agency. Your responsibilities will include:

*Developing and driving strategies
*Generating insights
*Crafting and shaping account teams
*Having financial account responsibility

In addition to leading three account directors the Group Account Director will have the opportunity to be on the board of directors.

YOU

Our client is being very selective in their choice of Group Account Director and only the best will do. Strong strategic planning experience is very important to them as is someone who has credibility and influence but is also down to earth.
