This is a stunning opportunity to join a rapidly growing digital player in the video space. The company has a unique proposition which has seen sales go through the roof. The company is expanding rapidly and looking for hungry, ambitious sales people with experience selling in to media agencies. You'll be selling a range of products including pre-roll, rich media and HPT skins.
This is a pivotal hire for the company and as such they are offering all the support needed to succeed. You will work across a great agency patch and have access to big spending brands that are embracing digital as a major part of their digital campaigns.
Establishing and maintaining key relationships within allocated media planning and buying agencies at a senior level. This includes day to day contact with planning/buying teams as well as regular contact with group heads
Identify relevant opportunities for specific clients
Ensure the company is a considered format for relevant briefs
Secure meetings with key contacts, hitting monthly meeting goals
Ensure new business a priority to grow all possible revenue streams.
Turn around proposals in a timely manner.
Proactive as well as reactive selling required.
Understanding of the agency planning and buying process
Experience in digital media agency sales, with a track record of hitting targets
Interest and Knowledge in Online Media
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Negotiation Skills
Creative approach to problem solving
Presentation Skills - both to individuals and large groups
High degree of self-motivation; works well both as an individual and as part of a team
