Visual Merchandising Manager

Our client is one of the largest fashion retailers with stores in international markets. They love people who are friendly and sociable and who have a strong work ethic and a passion for fashion. Now they need a Visual Merchandising Manager to join their dynamic creative team.
The Visual Merchandising Manager will report to the Creative Director and have direct line management responsibility for a VM Coordinator and close liaison with the Flagship VM Manager and Head office Visual Communications Manager. This is a very creative role where you will be developing brand visuals, developing store concepts and working on both existing and new store layouts. They have approx. 200 stores and the focus of this role is very much on windows and in-store displays.
Our client is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager with excellent creative flair with the uncanny ability to predict forthcoming moods, trends and themes; a creative thinker who can develop the full potential from projects and to take advantage of new developments and technology. In addition you will need the following:
*Proven ability of creative concept development especially on window displays and in-store layouts
*Strong team player and people manager - Able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively
*Strongly results driven and delivery focused. Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results
*A broad range of understanding and experience across retail from product and trends to creative and visual tools
*Excellent budget management
