Our client is a leader in fashion retail with an enviable stable of around 20 highly successful brands, over 2 million customers and 4000 employees. Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity for an International Marketing Manager has arisen with one of the biggest and best known brands in the group.

Principle accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Responsible for developing and implementing consumer marketing activity across all international territories and brands
  • Act as 'Brand' Champion internationally ensuring each brand and consumer audience is communicated and understood
  • Build effective recruitment and retention marketing plans which deliver on set targets & objectives
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of local geography, competitors and cultures with your marketing strategy and plans
  • Analyse and select new agency partners as necessary
  • Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage for each brand and products
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing and TTL advertising techniques
  • High E and M commerce affinity

The ideal candidate will have experience across the full marketing mix gained in a fast paced retail or home shopping setting, and candidates with international marketing experience will be considered favourably as well. You will have excellent people-management skills, presentation skills and commercial acumen with a good understanding of digital marketing. You will be self-disciplined with drive and a real passion for brand development. As a flexible individual who is a team player, you are able to work under pressure.
