Media Partnerships ManagerMajor meddia agencyLondonto £45k About the Role Major media agency is looking for someone to manage their media partnerships and deals offline. The successful candidate will work as a senior member of the media partnerships team leading the day to day management on retail clients. The role will include deal negotiation, activation planning and project managing the day to day delivery of television, radio, press and more usually integrated cross media activation of partnerships. . Key Responsibilities: Build strong, effective relationships and a close rapport with clients maintaining relationships of trust and respectActing as a trusted specialist advisor to clients and colleagues alikeBuilding excellent media owner relationships at a senior level and strong relationships with day-to-day contacts, representing the company and client in a professional mannerSeeking and developing new partnership solutions for clients both proactively and in answer to specific briefsDevelopment and negotiation of new partnerships for clientsProject management of the delivery of partnerships and activationDeveloping a good understanding of all aspects of clients' marketplace and businessUtilising the various media systems (DDS / Mintel / Advantedge / TGI) to analyse and interpret data to inform partnership solutionsSupport in new business opportunities / pitches as required

Essential Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceAbility to forge strong effective working relationships with clients, media owners, colleagues and other agencies alike.Experience of managing clients autonomously - engendering confidence and trust from clientsA proven ability of generating creative and effective integrated client solutions in the partnership spaceProven track record of digital partnerships and/or digital activationAn excellent understanding of the media partnerships market, current industry state of play and latest developmentsGood financial understanding and an understanding of client profitabilityStrong self motivation - a self starter and results orientatedAutonomous and confident but equally a great team player

This role might suit someone within the sponsorship department of a media agency or you might currently be in a creative solutions / project management department at media owner side.
