Trade Marketing Activation Manager
The brands already sell for themselves, so the focus will be to work closely with the retailers to help them understand what makes shoppers tick, providing channel insight and to support the delivery of a performance management culture by championing ROI on all decisions.
This person will Develop and share best practice activation models (Range; Merchandising / Visibility / Planograms; Promotional guidelines) based on project evaluation learning's; market / competitor knowledge and industry best practice to deliver consistently flawless activation. This person will be given the freedom to lead the development and delivery of the Marketing Activity Calendar and supporting collateral within the on time and within budget to deliver flawless execution through the most effective, fit for purpose solutions.
What would I need to be considered for this role?
*A passion for good food
*2-5 years FMCG brand/trade marketing experience
*The ability to extract meaning from analysis of data (IRI/Kantar/Nielsen) to form business recommendations
*The ability to influence, inspire and motivate a team to greater performance
*Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
