A client facing role as a Data Planner responsible for leading and providing clear data strategy input to CRM and eCRM, acquisition, retention, offline and online programmes and other marketing projects for specified projects across a group of designated client accounts within both the B2B and B2C sectors.
As a Data Planner Ideally you will have 3-4 as a data planner in either or both B2B and B2C campaigns, with a solid grounding and knowledge of eCRM and Direct data / segmentation. Potentially in a digital or DM agency or a Customer Insight department
