One of the best known Insurance companies in the world with offices across six continents and a reputation for developing employees is looking for a talented, driven and experienced individual to join as a Digital Acquisition Manager in their direct to consumer distribution channel.

Working in the Digital Marketing team you will be responsible for acquisition. You will drive best practice across SEO, PPC, email, and display to ensure quality acquisition and meet or exceed cost per acquisition targets. Managing agencies and working with internal stakeholders you will also lead affiliate and aggregator led acquisition. You will review all this activity constantly to improve metrics using A/B and Multivariate testing methodologies.

A proven digital marketer you will be degree educated or equivalent with considerable experience of leading digital acquisition. You will be a subject matter expert with experience of mixed channel digital acquisition including search, affiliates and display. Additionally you will have considerable experience of digital analytics to allow you to understand and improve campaign responses. Previous experience of working in an FSA regulated environment will be a considerable advantage.
