My client is a major video mplatform operating across mobile, tablet and connected TVs. A senior management position has become available within the campaign management team
Role: Reporting to the Senior Manage of Client Services, the Account Manager will work closely with both the client services, AdOps and Sales Team to ensure that all direct sold campaigns are delivered in full. Core responsibilities of this role include assisting the sales team with inventory forecasts, reporting campaign performance, liaising with the adops team and managing relationships with media agencies in the UK and across Europe. This role will also work closely with the Publisher Account Manager to ensure that there is enough inventory available to deliver all campaigns.
Own each client campaign from IO through post delivery reporting
Up selling, optimizing and maximizing revenue on each campaign sold
Communicate campaign creative specs to agencies/advertisers
Interface with Operations regarding campaign trafficking
Work with Pricing and Yield Management team to ensure campaigns are successfully optimized for performance and delivery
Confirm 3rd Party tracking elements are recording at the onset, during and post campaign delivery and trouble shoot for any tagging or creative discrepancies
Research & Analytics:
Provide supporting research for recommended media strategies in planning support for sales team
Create internal and external post campaign analysis
Provide reporting on a ad hoc and weekly basis Support sales & marketing with responding to client research data requests
Must be passionate about the video advertising space and have terrific grasp of the media landscape
At least 4 years experience in media account management, sales planning/buying (online or mobile video a plus)
At least 1 years experience in a network environment Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast moving start-up environment Effective project management and excellent time management skills
Proficiency with MS Office Knowledge and experience of ad serving and reporting tools: DART, Atlas, MediaPlex, AdTech, Smart AdServer etc..
Knowledge and experience of rich media providers: Medialets, Celtra, Crisp Wireless, Unicast, Mediamind, Pointroll etc.. (mobile rich media experience a plus)
Experience with CRM solution such as Sales Force
Familiarity with ComScore, Nielsen/NetRatings, @Plan. Media Audit a plus.
