- Daily managing the search programme and appraise the current offering
- Carry out site and link audits for clients
- Accurately forecast and report on KPIs and metrics
- Work alongside the Search Director to expand and improve the agency's search offering
- Be involved in business strategies to implement the search offering worldwide
- Proactively up-sell at the right opportunities
- Manage junior members of staff
