You'll head up a department that is all about using these traits to help brands plan creatively led communications strategies. As a growing business you'll need to understand the mechanics of how to do this.
It is vital that you come from a background where you've worked with clients who've sought innovative ways of utilising both off the wall and orthodox media channels to communicate their message. Someone who talks and thinks in a media neutral way and has the knowhow to undertake the analysis/insight and commercial thinking required in order to deliver ROI and coverage both on and offline.
Your role over and above this is all about having the energy and ability to inspire both your team and also your client base and to do this with a smile on your face!
As you'd expect for a role like this you'll have come from one or more of the following...Either an integrated agency where you've had to get your hands on all aspects of a campaign not just the creative bit or maybe you'll be from a planning backgroundin a media agency and now be seeking a role where you've an opportunity for a broader, more diverse role. That said you could even be a comms planner keen for a different slant on things.
Either way - you'll be full of life, fun to be around and up for a challenge
Impressive media neutral communications business with a growing client base and cracking culture
Guide of £55,000 - £75,000 + Benefits + Bonus
