This is a fab role for a bright, energetic, commercially astute FMCG brand marketer who is looking for a new challenge and wants to own and drive their own agenda with a remit spanning positioning, consumer & shopper insight, A&P development and brand development/innovation. Passionate about food & NPD, creatively driven, deeply committed to the consumer and ideally with an interest in the baby & children’s category, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
Our Ideal Candidate
With a robust base of FMCG experience working on household name brands, you’ll have proven experience of driving brand and category growth with hands-on responsibility across all aspects of the mix including brand strategy & planning, promotions, continuous & ad-hoc insight and NPD. You’ll thrive on new challenges and will enjoy being thrown in at the deep end with a busy schedule to manage including masses of NPD and brand development work. Commercially astute and numerate with a good grasp of trade, market and competitor issues, you’ll enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic business surrounded by a lively, committed and collaborative team.
