Further information

I’m looking for an associate creative director to join the leading creative, innovative digital agency in central London. This agency helps brands carve their identity and utilize digital media channels successfully and thinks about brand platforms as opposed to campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a mixed background of advertising, design, social media and mobile/tablet/gestural interaction design. The approach of this agency demands world class talent with the ability to think organically about digital and design – this agency gives their creatives the opportunity to thrive, win the best industry awards and achieve the highest accolades on offer – you may not necessarily thrive on those motivators but the accounts you’ll be working on will attract it. Culturally the agency is fantastic and has a reputation for producing excellent fresh talent, this will be a part of the role – mentoring and nurturing juniors but again it’s not a competitive team environment, that isn’t encouraged here. Some of the requirements: work in cooperation with Strategy, account management. Ensure that design work can evolve to animation, print, physical digital and web. Creative, creative, creative.

You’ll need 6+ years or more digital experience, degree in design related course, excellent references, ability to work from concept to execution, the ability to work in an intense high speed environment, excellent communication skills in-house and to clients. Your portfolio and CV will show strong evidence of commitment and continuous personal development.
