Salary £25,000- £30,000 + benefits
A leading UK Online performance network is looking for an Online Acquisition Manager- to work across their premium fashion accounts. This award winning network is based in Central London and you will be joining a high energy, sociable team that offer great progression opportunities, personal training and development budgets as well as a relaxed office environment with a games area and regular social events .
This client has seen huge expansion in the last 18 months and they're investing heavily in their Online platform and infrastructure to ensure their growth across the globe is unprecedented. In the last 12 months their in house team has grown up to 300 people and they are showing no signs of slowing down.

My client is looking for someone to join their highly enthusiastic and innovative team to help the affiliates of my client become more successful by securing more traffic and by converting that traffic into purchasing customers from my client and my clients pool of retailers .
Online Acquisition Manager- London - Responsibilities
To help the affiliates of my client become more successful by securing more traffic and by converting that traffic into purchasing customers from my client and my clients pool of retailers .
*Identifying publishers that would benefit from hands on support
*Suggesting quick wins within paid search, social media and conversion rate optimisation.
*Creating long term traffic acquisition strategies
*Consulting with publishers in a professional and courteous manner
*Building my clients profile as industry experts on affiliate forums and industry events
*Refining which affiliates have potential and which don't
*Sharing knowledge and expertise with peers
*Developing case studies to showcase successes of the role
Online Acquisition Manager - London - the Skills
*Thorough understanding of SEO techniques through all channels
*A genuine desire to help others succeed
*Present ideas/strategies in an informative and persuasive manner
*Highly confidential and discreet
*Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained
*Creative problem solving skills
*Ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely
*Strong communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills
*Experience developing well trafficked websites is a must
*Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation an advantage
*Well versed in web technologies
*Grasp of affiliate marketing
*Familiarity with coding useful
