A growing consumer and B2B Telecommunications brand are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth of the current customer base and service revenue by executing effective marketing campaigns and programmes. The main priority will be driving customer acquisition, driving an increase in target segment sales results and leading customer base revenue growth programmes to drive product upgrades, usage stimulation, loyalty and referrals.
You will create, manage and execute an aggressive, successful customer acquisition and development strategy to achieve the key performance metrics. You will develop and maintain an effective marketing and promotional plan to deliver the customer acquisition strategy. You will optimise campaign performance through data analysis, testing and innovating with a focus on key 'drop-off' points in the marketing funnel. Managing agency activity to ensure the best of the agency resources is also going to be critical. You will manage the marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient deployment.
The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial nature, and the ability to self start, delivering both the strategy and tactically implementing. You will have a track record of achievement in customer acquisition (including direct response) and experience managing a sizeable budget. You will have a deep understanding of online advertising strategies, testing and conversion methods and of all direct acquisition channels (DRTV, radio, press. telemarketing). You will have strong experience of agency management and knowledge of social media community building. Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in the telecommunication space previously.
