Retail Marketing Manager
The candidate should have real commercial flair and be able to develop new ways, (including multi-channel) to deliver amazing promotions and offers regularly. You will need to be inventive, passionate and really understand how customers think, what they want and how to provide it - whilst always delivering against the commercial model.
The candidate will also be involved in planning the instore journey for the customer, working to make the instore space work even more efficiently for the customer; taking them where they want and to the products they are searching for with ease and great logic.
As Retail Marketing Manager you will report directly to the CMO whilst working with the Head of Retail and Head of Design, your responsibilities will cover all aspects of the retail marketing mix from in-store marketing, point of sale (POS), promotions, sales, integrating instore and online as well as external advertising. Your planning skills should also be second to none.
Previous experience within a retail marketing team is essential as is a strong understanding of the creative/design, print and production process as well. On top of this our client is also looking for someone who understands how to create engaging, commercially impact, instore experiences that will also leverage the online channel.
