You will work closely with the planning and strategy departments to produce ideas that will work across all media and will then be responsible for all the traffic and scheduling of creative and artwork resource to ensure smooth delivery of the campaign.
You will be responsible for producing all project documentation and including budgets, timelines, scopes of work and will need to track and report hours, costs and expenses against each element of the project.
As well as managing internal resource you will also need to manage 3rd party suppliers when necessary and you must have a good understanding of the agency and production process. You will need to know how long things take in order to effectively manage projects and ensure that both costings and timings are accurate.
