London (Central), London (Greater) £24500 per annum + Commission - OTE £32K+



Telemarketing Executive - London (Waterloo) - £24.5K plus £8K commission

My client is a well-known technology brand who partners with organisations of all types to provide high availability solutions tailored to their individual needs. For well over a decade, they have been applying the know-how gained from their long heritage in disaster recovery to help keep leading businesses in every major industry, continuously available and in control of their critical systems. The main areas in which they specialise include: Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Hosting, Business Continuity, Consulting and BCM Software.

THE ROLE

Currently I am recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive, who will be required to identify new business opportunities for the new business sales team within the prospect database via the telephone and supported direct marketing activity. To ensure all prospect information is relevant and correct and updated. Sitting within the Marketing Communications team, you will hold a close stakeholder relationship with the sales team also.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation:
  • To produce BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) qualified sales opportunities for SunGard to achieve full year sales targets
  • To maintain accurate records of all calls and opportunities generated within the CRM system
  • Deliver quality appointments for new business accounts
  • Provide the new business sales team with enough information to convert each opportunity


Daily Activities:
  • Handle incoming phone and web inquiries
  • Nurture your pipeline of prospects and call-backs
  • Update the CRM system
  • Develop your knowledge of SunGard services and target markets
  • Work with new business sales team and your Team leader to ensure opportunity quality and appropriateness is continuously tweaked and developed




Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

At least 6 months experience of phone based opportunity generation
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of MS Word


Desirable Knowledge Includes…
  • Knowledge of SFDC
  • Experience in a B2B new business telemarketing experience
  • Additionally, a customer service orientated background would be advantageous
  • Experience of dealing with Mid-Market organisations (£50M+ t/o), B2B and dealing with C level decision makers
