THE ROLE

This is the role that every strategist wants in media agency land!

This is an opportunity to become an industry leader in the area of strategy across the biggest entertainment brands in the world.

As Strategy Director you will work with the agency's planning teams and clients to help them develop insightful, innovative, differentiating and actionable comms strategies across all media platforms. You will then play a key role in helping the agency's executional teams turn these strategies into brilliant campaigns. You will help your clients meet business objectives, win awards for the agency, develop work that will become part of popular culture and make the rest of the industry wish they'd come up with the idea.

REQUIREMENTS

Have considerable experience of developing and delivering industry leading media strategies.
Gets excited about the potential of any brief.
Can work through a range of inputs - business data, consumer insight, branding documents - and come up smiling with a simple clear way forward.
Loves turning comms strategy into big consumer-facing ideas.
Can be an inspirational mentor for people at all levels across the company.
Is comfortable facilitating workshops with large numbers of people.
Is aware that we're ultimately all here to sell stuff for our clients
Would go the extra mile to help the people around them.
