A Senior Strategist is required to join one of the world’s largest advertising agency networks. This role will see the chosen candidate lead the development of integrated brand and product strategies as well as creative campaigns. Expect vast personal development within this highly respected, innovative agency network that encourages creativity and moving ideas forward on an international scale.

You will be working closely with the Business Leader and the creative department, but will also be expected to hold high initiative as an individual in spotting strategic and creative opportunities for the agency. In becoming a trusted go-to contact for clients you must be exceptionally approachable and intuitive, as well as excel in your ability to influence on the quality of briefs received.

This role, however, is not just about responding to client briefs. It requires a strong analytical skillset and resourcefulness to be able to realise opportunities for clients’ brands and their business. You will endeavour to change existing behaviour and patterns across the business and persistently look to improve the quality of work delivered. In developing strategies, briefs and work, the candidate will determine when the involvement of specialist planners and analysts is necessary, and will be able to resource effectively and efficiently.



Required Skillset:

• History of delivering innovative strategies for high profile clients
• Can demonstrate previous insight and strategies they have worked on to lead creative work
• A clear understanding of how to approach integrated campaign planning
• Previous exposure to shopper and retail activity
• Enjoy and be driven by the creative process at every stage and as a whole
