An award winning global digital agency delivering creative online marketing strategies, websites, applications and cross platform sites are looking for a Digital Account Director to join a talented team in London. This agency has doubled in size and in clients in the last few years and it's a great time join to be a part of this growth. As a Digital Account Director, you will either look after a key global client and continue developing a partnership relationship and deliver all comm's and help develop their product offering; or you could work with a portfolio of account delivering to a range of clients.



Key responsibilities include:


Build and maintain strong client relationships at the highest level
Enhance the agencies reputation for delivering sector leading digital work to brief, schedule and budget
Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and identify opportunities to help clients achieve identified business goals
Overseeing projects and quality control and regular monitoring of client satisfaction
Provide leadership, foster teamwork and create an inspiring work environment for more junior members of the client service team and extended project team
Contribute towards managing resources within the client services team as well as assist in the recruitment of new team members as needed
Manage forecast on a daily and weekly basis to contribute to hitting the account revenue targets
Stay abreast of trends in the digitally enabled world and understand the unique opportunities and challenges that affect client's business and marketing initiatives


Skills and experience required:


Ability to demonstrate a strong history of business and client development preferably on the agency side
Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
Solid digital agency experience
Knowledge of wide range of digital marketing channels. In particular, e-commerce site build is an advantage.
