Further information

Come and work for an agency that really put their staff first. They know creativity is key and hence put one of their Senior Account Managers in charge of a budget to encourage creativity. They've been on outings such as visiting art galleries to look at things with a different perspective. The MD flew everyone overseas last year for a team bonding session.

It an agency where they want everyone to get involved and have their voice heard.
They have recently expanded their service offering by launching a big digital arm to the business and cross training will be provided in this sector - working collaboratively to include digital into the PR mix.

They now need someone who can laugh, enjoy a drink, talk straight, motivate a team and is detailed orientated to join the team as an Account Director. You will work across three accounts.

One which is a leading toy provider and the two can be decided upon interview. Within your role you will:

*Forecasts 3, 6 and 12 months ahead of projects
*Chair client meetings
*Provide client counsel
*Manage resources and team
*Influence the direction of the agency

To be considered for this role you will be an Account Director with strong consumer experience. You will have the tenacity and straight talking nature to drive accounts forward but don't take yourself too seriously. Personality is key to securing this role.

On offer is a salary between £40 000 - £45 000 + bonus & company pension depending on experience. You will be joining a growing and forward thinking agency that love new ideas and will take you on board as a contributor to the business.
