THE ROLE
Primary Purpose:
To manage and implement the customer contact strategy through offline direct marketing activity, email marketing and optimisation of the global loyalty programmes. Responsible for working with the Marketing Data Analyst to understand customer data and exploiting opportunities that exist to generate conversion from enquiry, repeat purchase from past guests, reactivation of lapsed guests and long term loyalty.
YOU
Minimum 3-4 years experience working within a marketing environment
Proven ability to manage direct marketing and email marketing projects, with results analysis
Experience in evaluating and understanding customer data and segments
Highly analytical and results focused
Highly organised and capable of juggling many tasks at once
Highly motivated and 'can do' attitude
Proactive and enthusiastic
Team player
Calm under pressure
