Junior Campaign Analyst
Location: East Midlands
A position has opened for a Campaign Analyst at a global leader in customer services. It sits with their newly established analytics function. This is the perfect opportunity for an analyst to gain vast exposure to campaign data, training in all tools will be offered and there is the prospect of excellent career progression.
THE COMPANY
The successful candidate will join a progressive analytics department in a well-known and prominent customer services Company based in the East Midlands.
THE ROLE
The analyst will work with campaign software Alterian to build, design and deliver email and direct marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. They will be involved in the overall campaign targeting strategy and post campaign analysis and evaluation. They will use Excel, Hitwise and Alterian to perform pre and post campaign analysis and track online customer behaviour.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful applicant will have the following essential skills
- 2.1 Degree
- Knowledgeable use of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience with campaign tools such as Alterian, Epiphany etc or Web Analytics tools such as Hitwise
- Excellent communication skills
