THE ROLE
Working closely with Product Managers and the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for managing the key analytical elements within the business to ensure pricing is optimised and thereby driving conversion rates ever upward. Key elements include:-
- Daily analysis of sales and revenue trends/performance
- Identify opportunities to raise conversion
- Adjusting prices to hit targets
- Competitor analysis
- Managing demand forecasting
- Monitoring key competitors
- Working with the Product and Digital Marketing teams to optimise returns and conversion
THE PERSON
- Graduate or someone with a strong track record of delivering results using analytical skills
- Previous experience in the travel business essential
- Highly numerate with excellent mathematical ability
- Strong and well developed analytical skills
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
- Problem solver with decisive nature
