Senior Account Manager

Senior Account Manager- Design Agency- Warwickshire- £30K-£35K

An incredibly exciting opportunity has come about at one of the Midlands fastest growing design agencies where they are now on the lookout for a digitally savvy Senior Account manager to join their team.

They have pride in the quality of the work they deliver for their clients and work across a range of accounts, including some incredible house hold names!

The role would involve;
- Acting as primary contact on key accounts for handling client requests
- Driving opportunities and new work within existing accounts
- Coordinating overall delivery of digital/website projects
- Strategic input on jobs with internal channel stakeholders and with clients
- Quoting of jobs to commercial and competitive levels
- Negotiation
- Briefing into the studio
- Project ownership through the studio
- Responsibility for reporting and analysis of marketing activity on accounts
- Presentation and delivery
- Support, delegation and mentoring for 1-2 Account Executives
- ‘Above and beyond` customer service for clients

Skills and experience required;
- Agency Account Handling experience with a strong digital background (Website build and Online Marketing)
- Some experience of print is desirable
- Have previous experience of developing work from within existing clients
- Organised and methodical
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Able to use initiative and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Eye for detail
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
