Digital Account Director
* Must have proven experience across all digital channels, including design & build, online advertising, apps and social media
* Playing a significant role in securing new business and developing client accounts by demonstrating a good understanding of the client's business and objectives. Must have proven solid new business experience including being involved with pitches.
* Identifying new ways of cross-selling opportunities with current clients
* Writing up client briefs and distributing them to the Creative team
* Working with the Creative Director/Creative team and New Business team to define the strategic solution to client briefs
* Maintaining strong client relationships (through meetings etc)
* Overseeing all creative work, ensuring it is on brief, within budget and will meet client expectations
* Overseeing all key production stages
* Ability to produce forecasts (both for new business and existing clients) and doing everything possible to ensure these forecasts are achieved
* Maximising profitability of jobs through effective cost control
*Must have previous digital agency experience working as a Account Director or be an exceptional Senior Account Manager ready to make the step up.
