Account Director

London (Central), London (Greater) £39000 - £60000 per annum + Great Benefits

You will be responsible for 'running the smaller London studio' so you must have a great sense of leadership skills / gravitas and approachability. You will run 2 of their key FMCG Clients from the London Office as well as manage 2 more junior members of the account handling team. This is 100% packaging so it is imperative that you have worked with globally recognised packaging clients.

As an Account Director you will discuss strategy and be able to hit the ground running. Having knowledge of design is instrumental. This is a great new role for a personable and client driven Account Director.
You will be a Strategic thinker - brand and market awareness. You must have excellent presentation skills - ability to articulate concepts if creative's are not present in meeting. Able to think on your feet and challenge clients

As an Account Director you must have excellent time management skills - ability to delegate and manage large complex projects Strong negotiating skills and an understanding of production and print. Solution finder not problem advisor. Enthusiastic and resourceful with ability to form good team relationships
Strong financial management. Having worked in a stunning Packaging agency will be essential - FMCG is essential. This would suit either an experienced Account Director / Client Service Director...
