A successful, Experiential, boutique agency is looking for an Experiential Account Manager to join the rapidly increasing Business Development team. You will be working on the company’s largest FMCG account as well many other exciting accounts.

Experiential Account Manager Business Development Role
The Agency is looking for an Experiential Account Manager who wants to develop their career into something new and join the exciting world of Business Development. The ideal candidate needs to have a good understanding of Experiential and enjoy working on growing the agencies business, enjoy working on pitches and be a driven / outgoing individual.
Essential experience and skills required for the Experiential Account Manager / Business Development Manager Role
• Experience of working on new business pitches / client facing roles
• Excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Entrepreneurial approach to client development
Essential Skills
• Field marketing industry experience
• Experience within working for an Experiential Agency

The package
You will be located in Manchester or within an easily commutable distance to Manchester
The salary is circa £30k basic, the commission structure is based on quarterly targets (set & agreed with the team) allowing the team to earn a percentage of their salary over the year.
On top of this there is a generous open ended New Business commission structure to reward for new clients / briefs obtained
