As the Traffic Manager you will work across integrated campaigns managing the process from the creative through to delivery. You will be the main point of contact between the Client Services, Creative and the studio to ensure all work is briefed in, allocated correctly and delivered to high standards.
Your responsibilities include managing the weekly status meeting with the agency to schedule all current and upcoming briefs in. You will work closely with the Creative Director to manage the resource with Art Directors, Copywriters and designers. with the Creative Director, you will check dates on presentations and all timings to make sure work is delivered on time. You will manage the small team of artworkers with their workload and you will also work closely with the production arm to coordinate additional resource when needed. You will QA all work being created to ensure on brief and on spec. You will be financially responsible across all resource used on projects and be an avid PO chaser!
You will also get a chance to do some art buying and print buying so you will need experience of dealing with third party suppliers, managing quotes and writing up of specs.
