Senior Online Analyst
Established market-leading telecommunications company based inLondonare looking for a Senior Online Analyst to report directly into the Head of Online Analytics. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights across the business and websites.
As a Senior Online Analyst you will be the main point of contact in the eCommerce team to provide key accountability on analysis, interpretation and presentation of visitor behaviour and site performance. You will have the ability to action recommendations, and insights as to how the eCommerce and greater business can be improved.
The successful candidate will have technical knowledge with the basic understanding of tagging and development (Java)
You will be highly numerate, be able to problem solve from many different angles to triangulate an answer and have expert knowledge using Site Catalyst and Web Analytics tools. Proficiency of Excel is essential, as is good knowledge and awareness of web usability. It is highly important that you have extensive experience with online optimisation tools (MVT, A/B Testing and Maxymiser)
This is a critical requirement requiring strong strategic input, development and optimisation support and operational delivery of insight. You will have a proactive attitude with the right skills and enthusiasm to influence others within the business.
The ideal candidate will come from a large consumer orientated business and has considerable experience of consumer facing eCommerce websites.
