Account Director, London, up to £50,000

This award-winning integrated agency has been going from strength to strength over the past year. They are now looking for a talented Account Director to work on one of their flagship automotive brands.

They are looking for a proven Account Director with solid integrated experience, particularly digital. This is a senior hire for the agency - you will be reporting straight in to a Business Director and working closely with them to not only deliver exemplary service but to grow the business into 2013 and beyond.

You'll need to be comfortable manging multiple agency relationships as well as being the key client contact, reponsible for both managing and leading the relationship.

To succeed in this role it is imperative that you have a demonstrable track record of success from well respected integrated marketing agencies. You will be equally at home managing a team and extremely comfortable presenting and pitching to clients, as well as quickly establishing yourself as a trusted strategic client partner. In addition you will need to demonstrate:

A proven ability to manage senior clients and creative teams
A track record of developing accounts and spotting opportunities to increase revenue
Strong campaign and client management skills
