Seeking experienced customer service professionals to continue with the improving performance, customer experience, efficiency, revenue and morale
This role is directly responsible for providing exceptional customer service in discussing health and fitness, dealing with member complaints, member retention, collecting membership arrears and processing renewals.
In order to achieve the goal of being our members' 'greatest supporter', advisors are multi-skilled in delivering the above services, operating within a multi-channel contact centre.
