
Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong telesales background, preferably within a business information sales environment.
Maximising business information sales opportunities
Developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and new clients
Achieving and exceeding the standards of performance set
Advising the Commercial Manager/Sales Director and team on market trends and developments in order to maximise sales opportunities
Create and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments
Maximise the opportunities of incoming/cold contact calls.
Make sufficient outbound calls to ensure meeting diary is full.
Build strong relationships with prospects and other key stakeholders quickly
Shows initiative and commercial decision making to maximise revenue at all times
Gains expert understanding of own products and systems
Researches external market using the Internet and attending exhibitions
Utilises market intelligence and gains knowledge from clients to make informed opinions
Aware of competitor services
You will be results driven and customer focused with the ability to engage at all levels. Both credible self motivated, self sufficient and accountable.
Confident with exceptional communications and negotiation skills
