Seeking an experience Para planner for a local IFA.
You will be responsible for:
Preparing technical details for the consultant's client meetings.
Obtaining quotations from product providers
Providing full research and analysis of products
Report writing, including suitability letters
Ensuring the business done by the consultant and client files are compliant
Dealing with the daily post.
Dealing with and making telephone calls to clients and providers.
Ensuring that the Sales Consultant's diary is kept up to date.
Monitoring the new business and pipeline business for the Sales Consultant.
Updating back office systems with client and product information
Using diary system to log all ongoing business and chase outstanding requirements.
Writing and sending letters to clients and providers
