Head of Campaign Planning
Our client is one of the UK's leading retail brands, with a significant store network they also have a high profile and very successful web presence/e-commerce channel and 50% of their business is done online. The business is now looking to recruit a Head of Campaign planning to join the business and take responsibility for the planning and measurement of all UK campaigns across all media, from TV through to digital. The nature of the business is fast paced and ever evolving and you will need to be highly organised to work with the wider marketing team on what is an extensive annual promotional plan with multiple campaigns. Part of this role will be to develop internal relationships with key stakeholders and candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to influence and build relationships at the most senior of levels. Taking information from around the business you will build operational road maps, media plans, pricing strategies and develop these into customer facing propositions and make them happen on time and within budget. ROI will be key and you will need to publish results and measure them against agreed targets. This Head of Campaign Planning role is a senior position within the business and requires a candidate with first class campaign planning skills and a clear understanding of the media and channel planning, both on and offline. Candidates will need to have held a similar senior role within either a retail, agency or similar industry and have the necessary planning skills to deliver within this challenging role.
