THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading international insurance group that carries real clout and prestige. Through its different firms they cover wholesale and retail broking, reinsurance broking, under writing and boasts business across the globe.
THE ROLE
To support the Head of Corporate Communications in the development and execution of communications. This is to enhance the sharing of information, business activity and successes for the internal Group colleagues and the external customer markets.
Covering a variety of communications skills you will be responsible for:
1. Internal communications
Requiring excellent copy and content development skills
Relationships development skills to work closely with the IT teams and manage the relevant information for the Intranet
Create a campaign of awareness within the group about the Corporate Communications Team and its support for the business
2. External communications
Working with the Marketing team and external agencies ensure that relevant, well written PR campaigns are delivered
Ensure that the content on external web sites are up to the minute in providing relevant and informative information
Manage the awards projects to ensure the business is able to promote its profile through relevant events
YOU
MUST HAVES:
Proven track record of writing copy and content to internal and or external audiences
Understanding of the the finance sector or Professional Services
Experience of journalist management and media
