Creative Services Manager
Our clients an award wining, integrated marketing agency based in London Bridge. They've been extremely busy lately due to lots of pitch wins so are looking to get them selves a little more organised and hire a creative services manager. The main responsibilities day to day include managing your own time and that of others in delivering against time and budget constraints to high standards. Week in, week out, without flapping. You'll be working with Client Service, the artwork Studio Manager and the Production Managers to manage work into and through the creative department, including art buying and production of artwork. Also, the management of digital projects through the digital and offline creative departments ensuring complete integration. There may also be the need to manage some print buying for smaller offline projects. As for your background, you'll need experience in workflow management from an agency or similar environment handling below-the-line work (direct mail, press inserts, radio, PoS, etc). You'll need superb interpersonal skills, proven commercial acumen and numeracy and art buying experience. You'll need to be friendly, hard-working; the hours can be long at times so a positive outlook will help!
