The role

The focus of your efforts will be pitching, directing and embedding complex brand architecture programmes and generally leading the development of IP in this specialist arena. However, your flexible skillset will also enable you to work on other types of strategically orientated brand challenges as required. Ultimately the opportunity is to grow your own team of brand architecture specialists.

 

You

To be seriously considered for his role, apart from your depth of experience and specialist knowledge of brand architecture, you’ll need to have the requisite intellectual horsepower and cut through thinking ability which characterises this organisation as a whole.

Specifically you will need to have significant leadership experience of complex brand architecture programmes gained from within a consultancy environment with a high strategic content at its core. Highly adept and ideally regarded as an expert in brand architecture by the most senior clients, you’ll understand how brand architecture operates in brand identity and be able to leverage its value in driving brand engagement and bottom line performance.

Ideally you will have gained your knowledge and expertise from a variety of experiences which may include management/commercial consulting and client-side marketing experience as well as brand strategy consultancy. All the better if you can offer the added credibility of having worked on or with famous international brands.

We expect that your expertise is supported by a similar level of academic attainment which may include an MBA, which although desirable is not essential.

There is a competitive compensation package available to the successful candidate and after 6 months the possibility of joining the company’s highly regarded partnership programme.
