They will work with agencies and internal teams to ensure the web presence of their product is optimised, conversions are increased and Cost per Acquisition is reduced. This could involve customer journey and user experience work, using web analytics to identify key areas of improvement, as well as broader digital skills including SEO and PPC.
The successful candidate need not have worked in a FS business as aecommerce manager, but they are likely to have previous examples of work within some form ofdigital environment, preferably with a focus on targets. More important to the business is personality - they are searching for entrepreneurial individuals who are interested in learning and developing their own business.
- Background within digital - knowledge of SEO, PPC, analytics, UX.

Our client is a Gatwick based Insurance company whose growth has been stellar. Since their introduction to the market they have grow massively, and have recently launched a number of new products to the market
A salary of between 25-35k, plus a 100% personal performance related bonus based on improving conversion rates and reducing CPA.
