Account Director/Group Account Director
Working for one of the most highly regarded agencies in the region you'll be responsible for heading up one of their flagship accounts. And if you do a good job, there's a clear route becoming Client Services Director. Which isn't a bad incentive in our book.
Obviously to be considered, you're going to need to impress. You'll need to show you have a proven ability to grow accounts and deliver on the numbers. Plus you'll have an instinctive knack for developing compelling strategy, with the drive and passion to excite clients with your ideas and the results they could yield. Naturally you'll also be a natural leader who can motivate and develop a talented team of account handlers.
In terms of background, we'll need you to have a demonstrable track record of delivering integrated campaigns for recognised consumer brands. Any retail/fmcg experience would certainly be very well received, as would any sales promotion experience you may have in your locker. It's not essential though, as good marketers at this level should be able to apply themselves to new sectors and be flying along in no time.
