Creative Services Manager - Packaging
As Creative Services Manager you will be responsible for a large studio team managing their resource and looking after the operational side with workflow processes and quality production. Based in London you will also be required to manage another studio based up North. Working closely with the Creative and Account Directors you will review upcoming projects - including timings and schedules - to ensure a smooth delivery around design and packaging projects.
The Creative Services Manager role is split across three styles of Management: Operations, Studio and Print Management. With Operations you will establish the required processes for delivery across the various production department and flag any development issues along the way. In the Studio you will manage resource and scheduling across 40 people with day to day management of two people. Lastly you will print buy across both offices for all requirements in print and manage external suppliers.
Key experience and knowledge of the Creative Services Manager will be:
- Proven experience within Packaging and Design
- Thorough and in depth knowledge of large Studio's workflow and processes
- Management of resource and scheduling
- Experience across Print Management and Buying
- Effective troubleshooting and Leadership skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
